EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you're located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, no reason needed. To exercise this right, please contact us before the 14-day period ends. Once we receive and inspect the returned item (unused, unworn, and in original condition), we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exceptions (EU Customers)

Please note that the following are not eligible for withdrawal or refund, even for EU customers:

• Digital products and downloadable content
