Processing Time Agreement

By placing an order, I acknowledge that all items are handmade and require a processing time of 7–14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. I understand that processing time is separate from shipping time and that no refunds or cancellations will be issued within this timeframe. If my order has not shipped after 14 business days, I agree to contact the seller for an update.
